Personal Nutrition Counseling
We'll collect info to help us learn more about your medical history and how you're feeling presently. This will help us get up to speed quickly and create a meaningful first session.
You will spend time reviewing your history, how you're currently feeling, and any lifestyle goals you'd like to work towards. We will provide resources and tools to help you improve until your next session.
Our patients are searching for sustainable habits that last a lifetime. You will work closely with us to find small, immediate steps that create a healthy and happy lifestyle. Follow-up sessions will be booked during your session.
